Business Applications Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Applications Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing their needs and implementing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Analyse client data to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to achieve desired outcomes
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless integration and utilisation of business applications

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will also have the chance to contribute to the development of new processes and procedures, and to participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of business applications and their potential to drive organisational change
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business applications
