Job Description:

The Visualizer is a key member of the creative team responsible for developing creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs for campaigns across various mediums. They collaborate with copywriters, client servicing, and other stakeholders to bring impactful visuals to life.

This role involves working on brand identities, campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral while maintaining design consistency and adhering to brand guidelines. The successful candidate will be up-to-date on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives.

Delivering high-quality work within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail is crucial in this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs for print, digital, and social media campaigns
  • Collaborating with the creative team, copywriters, and client servicing to translate ideas into impactful visuals
  • Working on brand identities, campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Maintaining design consistency and adhering to brand guidelines across deliverables
  • Staying updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives
  • Delivering high-quality work within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Visualizer/Graphic Designer (preferably in advertising or digital agencies)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools
  • A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout design
  • The ability to think creatively and convert briefs into compelling visual solutions
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to take constructive feedback positively
  • Proactivity, attention to detail, and passion for creativity
