Design Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Interior Designer to spearhead our team's creative vision and deliver exceptional interior design solutions.
The successful candidate will excel in crafting innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client expectations and industry standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive design concepts and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure project requirements are met and goals are achieved.
- Creating engaging design presentations featuring 3D models, 2D drawings, mood boards, mock-ups, and renderings.
- Transforming client briefs into impactful, design-driven solutions.
- Managing project workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality design standards.
Requirements for the role include:
- A degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in interior design, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and technical skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
