Architectural Design Position

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed project plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural planning and design, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective integration of design elements.
  • Contribute to project management activities, including monitoring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Participate in site visits, design reviews, and client presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch)
  • 0–10 years of relevant professional experience, including internships
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, or equivalent architectural design software
  • Strong aptitude in architectural planning and design, with a keen eye for detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment
