Senior UI/UX Designer

We're seeking an exceptional Senior UI/UX Designer to help reimagine our communication platform. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design across mobile, dashboards, and enterprise platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design lead for all product touchpoints
  2. Drive simplicity in complex systems for both consumer and enterprise users
  3. Translate AI/ML security features into human-centered interfaces
  4. Define, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
  5. Design for both B2C and B2B use cases
  6. Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC
  7. Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams
  8. Ensure accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decision
Experience Requirements:
  • 8–12 years in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS)
  • Proven track record shipping both B2C products and B2B platforms
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design delivery
  • Bonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive
  • Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools (Hotjar or similar)
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devices
Soft Skills:
  • Strong eye for detail, micro-interactions, and system thinking
  • Empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
  • Excellent collaboration and communication in distributed teams
