Creative Leaders at our organization are responsible for spearheading the creative team to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, you will be expected to execute creative concepts, lead design teams, and provide insightful executions that positively impact clients' businesses.

  • Execute creative concepts with copy partners under the direction of the Creative Director.
  • Have good experience in ad designing and visualization.
  • Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated mediums.
  • Bring breadth of style and design capability.
  • Quickly conceptualize ideas.
  • Identify creative thinking towards big ideas.
  • Presents big ideas to clients using various techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, web standards, concepts, and industry trends.
  • Visualize concepts and interpret them into design.
  • Takes ownership of creative work and leads the design team by example.
  • Ensure the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product.
  • Provide insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client's business.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the design team.
  • Act as the main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Good conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma from a reputed design school will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creative leadership or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles, branding, and design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
