Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative concept development for pitches.
  • Present comprehensive campaigns to clients, ensuring award-winning standards.
  • Apply for industry recognition through various awards.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, receiving guidance, feedback, and references.
  • Maintain close communication with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks and projects.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts.
  • Brief junior creatives on tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Revise work based on internal and external feedback, managing timelines effectively.
  • Present throughout the production process, from idea generation to final product delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, and target audiences, staying aware of their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and online developments.
