We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with experience in business development and fundraising, strategic thinking, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from high net worth individuals, alumni, and philanthropists.
  • Create an extensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to create high-impact presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  • Work closely with leadership and project teams to deliver fundraising goals.
  • Represent the organization at relevant networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with high net worth individuals/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNIs/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator (Bilingual - Tamil/English).
  • Comfortable leading pitches and closures to senior management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, target, and outcome-based environment.
