Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and leading the development of platform fundraising capabilities. Your primary goal will be to drive adoption and enhance user experiences at scale.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers and partners. Additionally, you will work closely with external partners to ensure compliance with charitable regulations and balance customer, business, and social impact objectives.

  • Define and execute the roadmap for platform and partner fundraising solutions.
  • Address the unique requirements of global partners and customers, including payment preferences and regulatory environments across key markets.
  • Design onboarding, integration, payment, management, and reporting experiences that are intuitive and seamless from start to finish.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in product and platform development within the payments or financial technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products that deliver quantifiable value to customers.
  • Ability to oversee all elements of the product development cycle, analyzing customer needs, recommending, and designing end-to-end solutions.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments and collaborating with risk, legal, privacy, and compliance teams.
  • Highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
  • Prior experience or strong interest in charitable giving or social impact.
