Agency Business Development Manager for Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment: Develop strategies to attract and hire qualified agents, build a team of agents, and establish a pipeline for agent hiring.
Agent Development: Provide product knowledge training to agents, work with agents to plan and review activities and goals, and identify training needs to improve agent performance.
Business Growth: Meet business targets by achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans, improve agent productivity and persistency, and ensure companies product mix sales ratio.
Requirements: Graduate or above, 1+ years of field sales experience, localities, and two-wheeler possession, age between 25 to 40 years.
