Management Trainee Position

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Management Trainee.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for managing and driving well-being initiatives and engagement activities for targeted employee groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with regional leads to manage and drive well-being initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with teams to plan and execute workshops, seminars, and preventive health camps.
  • Manage vendors and processes related to wellbeing programs.
  • Conduct regular surveys to identify well-being needs and program impact.
  • Develop and present wellness insights in weekly business reviews.
  • Maintain detailed records of well-being activities, participation rates, and feedback.
  • Develop wellbeing networks by identifying and working with point-of-contact personnel.
  • Develop promotion and awareness plans for wellbeing programs.
  • Assist operations teams with policy and procedure inputs relevant to wellbeing programs.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and powerpoint presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualifications:
    • At least a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
    • Relevant experience in workplace well-being or corporate employee engagement programs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of data collection and analysis.
    • Ability to maintain confidential information.
    • Proficiency in MS Office required.
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Research experience with independent data analysis capabilities.
