Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented individual with a dual skill set in graphic design and web development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content to support our marketing and communication efforts, while also managing and developing our online presence. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and a passion for our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design:
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective campaigns.
  • Edit and enhance photos and videos for promotional use.
  • Web Development:
  • Manage, update, and maintain the company's website (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar CMS).
  • Implement new features and functionalities to improve user experience and site performance.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for mobile devices and search engines (SEO).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor website analytics and provide reports on key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer and/or web developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in both areas.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of front-end web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative and technical abilities is required.
