Job Description

AA Impact Inc, a leading organization in sustainability and environmental responsibility, seeks an experienced Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the group, you will play a pivotal role in guiding businesses towards environmentally conscious practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability analysis, with a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on carbon, energy, water, and waste, as well as supporting compliance and reporting efforts.

About the Role

This is a 12-month contract opportunity that includes:

  • Analysing sustainability data to identify areas for improvement
  • Supporting the development of sustainable initiatives and strategies
  • Collaborating with clients to achieve measurable impact

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in sustainability analysis, reporting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills, including Excel and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulations
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
