Job Title: Creative Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Architect & Interior Designer to fill this key role in our design team. This individual will play a vital role in shaping the future of sustainable and climate-responsive design, utilizing their expertise in architecture and interior design.

Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed plans and drawings that clearly outline architectural designs for projects, taking into account factors such as engineering, mathematics, science, and materials.
  • Apply knowledge of building codes and regulations to create ideal finished products that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards, including regular inspections and monitoring.
  • Oversee and provide recommendations throughout the entire construction process, from planning to completion.
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and timelines, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to eco-conscious architecture projects by applying your knowledge and skills, prioritizing sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Conduct daylighting, thermal comfort, and energy simulations to optimize building performance and reduce energy consumption.
  • Work on residential, commercial, and institutional projects, gaining hands-on experience through site visits and collaboration with clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, such as Interior Design or Landscape Architecture.
  • 0-3 years of experience in architecture or interior design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup software, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
