This is an opportunity for an Admin & Operations professional who can take ownership of day-to-day functions, support client requirements, and ensure smooth backend execution.
The role offers exposure to international operations with our UK partner and hands-on involvement in our travel business.
This is a growth-oriented position for someone eager to learn, contribute, and eventually lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for projects and the travel vertical.
- Support marketing operations with timely updates, reports, and backend coordination.
Client & Customer Coordination
- Communicate effectively with both international and domestic clients.
- Provide responsive support and follow-ups across calls, emails, and other channels.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure service quality is maintained.
Growth & Team Readiness
- Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency building.
- Develop leadership skills with the potential to lead a team in the future.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 0-1 year in administration, operations, or customer service.
- Skills: Strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, with an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities.
- Tools: Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms.
