Technical Content Writer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical content writer to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and software development, as well as excellent research and writing skills.

About the Role:

  • Develop compelling and accurate content that meets the needs of diverse audiences, including product documentation, articles, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and style across all technical content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform content creation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, English, Communications, or a related field (preferred: technical/IT background).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer/Content Writer in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, digital solutions, and content management systems.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, collaboration tools, and content management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience in writing for B2B SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or IT consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Markdown, Git, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
