Senior Manager – Performance Management

Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Performance Management will be responsible for driving the planning & performance cycle in the People team of our India office. This role will oversee the budgets, provide valuable analytical insights to enable informed decision-making, and track targets and productivity for the People function.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Zero-Based Budgeting process for BU India – Policy, DAG adherence, ZBB reviews, and 1-Year Plan management.
  • Lead the cycle of 3-Year Plan, 1-Year Plan, and other key planning cycles in the people team.
  • Design and manage manpower blueprint, organization structures, and people cost through Anaplan.
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendations on budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Use organizational design principles to optimize structure design.
  • Work with the PPM and Rewards Lead to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of people team. Act as Project Management Office (PMO) to lead projects for people team.

Requirements

Education level and/or experience:

  • MBA in any specialization from a top-tier Business School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.
