Job Title: Performance Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability and reliability of our applications.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in performance testing and engineering, with a strong background in planning, designing, and executing performance tests to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing test strategies, workload models, and performance test plans to simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of performance optimization measures.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • Expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.
  • Good knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, etc.) and server log analysis.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Performance Testing.
  • Experience with defect management tools (JIRA).
  • Exposure to publishing blogs or articles on performance.

Requirements:

This position requires a strong foundation in performance testing and engineering, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimizing application performance and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
