Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Optimization Specialist to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive maintenance plans for Rotary and Static equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic maintenance plans for Rotary and Static equipment, ensuring seamless execution of maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance strategies and improve equipment reliability
  • Utilize CMMS tools (SAP or FIORI) to track and analyze maintenance data, identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance maintenance strategies
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant technical field experience in Rotary & Static Equipment Maintenance and Planning
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning, preferably in Oil & Gas or Process Industry
  • Strong understanding of offshore facilities and typical equipment used
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
