Job Description

The Maintenance Manager oversees the upkeep and operation of all plant utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment across the facility.

This involves ensuring efficient maintenance practices to minimize downtime and maintain regulatory compliance.

Maintenance activities include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, utility, and process equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain critical utilities such as boilers, chillers, DG sets, and water purification systems.
  • Lead the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and systems.
  • Supervise HT/LT electrical systems including transformers, switchgears, panels, cabling, and substations.
  • Coordinate project schedules, equipment FAT, drawings, BOQs, and vendor documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical APIs or related field manufacturing organization is required.

A degree in engineering or a related field is mandatory; a master's degree in operations, engineering management, or maintenance management is optional.
