Senior Performance Marketer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels, developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale our customer base.

This senior role requires expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta), as well as B2B SaaS marketing experience and a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and the need for ongoing user retention.

The Senior Performance Marketer will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, continuously optimizing bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI, while also monitoring and managing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
Key Qualifications:
  • Paid Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta).
  • Analytics and Campaign Optimization: Proven track record of driving measurable results in performance marketing.
  • SaaS Marketing Experience: B2B SaaS marketing experience with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Campaign Management: Ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.
