We are seeking an experienced Marketing Performance Expert who will own and scale high-impact lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
  • Manage performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Optimize relentlessly by tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve performance daily.
  • Test like a pro by running structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with creatives to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Dive into data by analyzing campaigns, uncovering insights, and recommending next steps.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • A strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • An AI-driven mindset and comfort with AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
