Job Title

SAP Governance Risk Compliance Specialist

A high-profile role for a seasoned professional in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP GRC solutions to ensure governance, risk, and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement SAP GRC Access Control, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end GRC lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Define, configure, and implement Segregation of Duties policies, access control mechanisms, and risk management workflows in SAP GRC solutions.
  • Implement SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and integrate them with SAP GRC Access Control.
  • Design and implement role-based access control in SAP and SAP S/4HANA to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Configure and manage Access Control Rules, SoD Conflicts, Role Management, and Emergency Access Management (EAM).
  • Assist in designing and implementing risk management frameworks and processes using SAP GRC Risk Management.
  • Implement audit management and incident management solutions within SAP GRC to streamline internal audits and track non-compliance or risks.
  • Work with compliance teams to integrate GRC best practices for managing external audits, internal controls, and policy enforcement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC implementations and configuration, including SAP GRC Access Control (AC), SAP GRC Risk Management (RM), SAP GRC Audit Management (AM), and related modules.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing role-based access control, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Emergency Access Management (EAM) in SAP environments.
  • Experience in managing large, complex SAP GRC projects from inception to post-implementation support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (AC), SAP GRC Risk Management (RM), SAP GRC Audit Management (AM), and SAP Business Role Management (BRM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, and SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration with GRC.
  • Expertise in SoD Analysis, Mitigation Controls, Audit Trails, and compliance management.
  • Proficiency in SAP reporting tools, including SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • SAP certification in SAP GRC is highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or other security-related certifications are beneficial.
