As a GRC professional, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our organization's governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the GRC team strategically and operationally
- Act as primary contact for central risk and compliance functions
- Define KPIs, ensure audit-readiness, and manage the GRC roadmap
- Coordinate with Enterprise Risk Management
- Team Lead / Manager
- Provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture
- Oversee integrations, platform scalability, and security
- Collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams
- ServiceNow GRC Architect / Lead Consultant
- Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance)
- Translate business requirements into workflows
- Support testing, training, and go-live activities
- Align implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR)
- ServiceNow GRC Functional Consultant
- Maintain risk registers, control libraries, and policy documentation
- Support audits, evidence collection, and control testing
- Generate dashboards and reports (e.g., risk heatmaps)
- Liaise with business units on control responsibilities
- Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or related fields
- Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC modules is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
