Job Title: IT Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing SAP GRC PC implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.

  • Project Leadership:

Lead and manage SAP GRC PC implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support

  • Client Engagement:

Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes and compliance needs

  • Solution Design:

Design and configure SAP GRC PC modules to meet client requirements, including automated monitoring and control validation

  • Technical Expertise:

-Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control.

-Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, Lumira, IDM.

-Knowledge of GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, and Fraud Management.

  • Security & Compliance:

-Design SoD (Segregation of Duties) rulesets.

-Translate control framework requirements into authorization concepts.

-Experience with IAM and RPA solutions in SAP GRC context.

  • Testing & Deployment:

-Manage UAT, regression testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.

-Create test scripts and validation procedures.

  • Qualifications:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields (BE/BTech/MBA/MCA).

-SAP Certification (preferred).

-Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

-Experience in governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
