Capture Manager Position Available

 

About the Role:

The Capture Manager is a crucial position responsible for driving business growth by identifying and capturing new opportunities in both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for teaming, pricing, and proposals to secure new business.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and evaluate their feasibility.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
  • Review and qualify RFI/RFPs, drive the proposal process, and ensure timely submission.
  • Prepare high-quality written proposals by gathering information through interviews, writing drafts, and finalizing submissions.
  • Develop and maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance information.
  • Create compliant and compelling content leveraging industry knowledge and experience.
  • Conduct after-action reviews for all contracts, document lessons learned, and adjust capture techniques accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Capture-related experience in Federal or State procurements.
  • A proven track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with an understanding of cost and financials.
  • Knowledge of GSA and other Federal Schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).
