  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client requirements and collaborate on tailored solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through professional networks and referrals.
  • Oversee the job and candidate lifecycle: lead qualification calls, interpret job descriptions, assess candidate suitability, mentor recruiters, and facilitate interviews and offer processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with MSP programs, including policies, contacts, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive business growth and enhance client engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business development experience in technical staffing sales.
  • Ability to grasp complex technologies and articulate their relevance to client challenges.
  • Proven strength in establishing trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Critical thinking and collaboration across teams are essential.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage client relationships and deliver on expectations.
  • Skilled in analyzing job requirements and aligning candidate profiles.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in direct client interaction or working within an MSP environment.
