At Dsifd, we are seeking a highly skilled Travel and Tourism Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Program Development: Create and update training materials and courses to meet industry standards.
  2. Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and online training sessions, workshops, and seminars to engage and educate participants.
  3. Participant Evaluation: Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  4. Industry Stays: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise and provide relevant training.
  5. Certification: Ensure training programs meet industry standards and issue certifications to participants.
  6. Marketing: Promote training programs and build relationships with industry partners to increase visibility and engagement.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and improve training methods to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 35 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with at least 2 years of experience in training.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in the travel and tourism industry.
Skills
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
  • Training and Communication Skills: Effective training and communication skills to engage and educate participants.
  • eLearning Platforms: Proficiency with e-learning platforms to deliver online training sessions.
  • Organizational and Adaptability Skills: Strong organizational and adaptability skills to manage multiple training programs and adapt to changing industry trends.
Work Environment
