A dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader – Meeting Scheduler is required to lead our global team of appointment setters, driving high-quality meeting pipelines for the sales department. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years in global meeting scheduling, with 2+ years in a team management role.
- Manage a team of global meeting schedulers focused on scheduling qualified meetings with US-based prospects.
- Develop strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting to improve conversion and appointment rates.
- Monitor team KPIs (calls made, meetings booked, show-up rate, etc.) and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
The successful candidate will have a strong command of English, exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. They must be analytical and able to optimize team performance and lead quality.
Required Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of experience in global meeting scheduling, with a strong focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
- 2+ years in a team leadership or management role in an appointment setting function.
- Proven track record in digital marketing solutions sales outreach.
- Strong command of English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
