Job Title: Regional Supply Chain Manager

Overview:

  • The Regional Supply Chain Manager will oversee the servicing of orders for regional sales teams within a defined customer service framework to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate demand over the horizon and assign prioritization to orders, customers, and products by analyzing order status in our systems and gathering information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules.
  • Verify demand against available purchase orders (POs), letters of credit (LCs), regulatory clearances, artwork details, stock-keeping unit (SKU) codes, and other customer-specific requirements.
  • Identify potential issues that may affect defined timelines and drive end-to-end ownership of assigned orders by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including customer facing teams (CFTs), logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Attend meetings to gather data and updates on open orders and their statuses, and identify and resolve issues related to artwork approval, batch size, minimum order quantity, and other bottlenecks.
  • Arrange cross-functional meetings to address priority orders and ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery, and gather feedback from stakeholders on timely issue resolutions and analyze outstanding/open orders for priority customers.
  • Provide detailed analysis to senior management on outstanding orders for discussion in meetings.

Supply Chain Technology and Automation:

  • Implement IT and automation in order management processes to improve supply chain visibility, and drive the implementation and rollout cycle for all IT and technology automations within SCM jointly with the IT department.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI), and SAP knowledge is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, effective communication skills, decision-making ability, and negotiation skills/conflict resolution are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work around constraints, and prioritize tasks dynamically is necessary.
