Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

The role of the Facilities Management Specialist is to provide support to the Facility Manager in delivering facilities management services. This includes monitoring facilities, managing relationships with property managers, and handling routine property management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client satisfaction by delivering facility management services and support programs
  • Coordinate special events in support of clients or organizational objectives
  • Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives
  • Support compliance with minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions
  • Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices
  • Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations and Company operations standards

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team by driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations
  • Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary
  • Support facility soft services as needed and directed, such as meetings preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badging
