Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage day-to-day site operations, including vendor relationships and stakeholder connections.
- Oversee daily site activities, maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure seamless facility management services.
- Assist in implementing industry best practices, maintaining critical environment requirements, and monitoring financial processes to deliver cost-effective solutions that meet client expectations.
- Provide coaching and direction to the site team while serving as backup to the facilities manager, fostering an environment that supports teamwork and performance excellence.
This multifaceted position requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor management and stakeholder relationship building
- Health and safety compliance requirements in facility operations
- Budget monitoring and contract management
- Operational standards and performance measures implementation
The successful candidate will be able to work in fast-paced environments requiring flexibility and multitasking. A certificate or diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
