Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to identify new space requirements, inspecting prospective property locations, and overseeing support services in our City Office HUB.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in any discipline, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Administration role. They will be responsible for coordinating with brokers and property consultants to obtain property requirements, adhering to TAT, and assisting with property registration, obtaining documents, field visits, etc.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining facility records, regularly coordinating with landlords to obtain rental and maintenance invoices, renewing agreements, issuing termination notices, and following up on common area issues in the office building.
Additional responsibilities include handling travel and accommodation requests during special events and supporting Visa on demand. If you have a strong background in facilities management and administration, we encourage you to apply.
