Lead – Website and Social Commerce

This position oversees the development and scaling of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) business through our website and social commerce channels.

  • Owns P&L responsibility, performance marketing leadership, and content-driven commerce strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Drives business growth by experimenting with new models, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and scale social commerce initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Design content-led commerce campaigns that leverage brand storytelling to drive sales.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing agency to drive customer acquisition, retargeting, referral, and affiliate programs.
  • Partner with the SEO agency to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and content performance.
  • Collaborate with influencers, marketplaces, affiliate partners, and other ecosystem players to drive both business and brand outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in P&L management and scaling D2C businesses.
  • Expertise in website commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WordPress).
  • Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing tools and affiliate management.
  • Creative yet data-backed decision-maker.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
