Job Title: Business Continuity Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our organization's business continuity management team.

  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing business continuity plans, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance on crisis event management and exercises.
  • Strong hands-on experience with business impact analysis/planning/exercise methodologies, BIA templates, and loss scenarios is required.
  • Familiarity with configuration knowledge of various workspaces, including impact analysis, plan, crisis events, and exercise, is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of flow designer, spokes, actions, and integrations is necessary.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Agile (stories, scrum tasks) and technical documentation is also required.
  • Possess strong communication skills to ingest requirements and discuss technical solutions effectively.
