About the job Senior Amazon Specialist Location Remote work within - 2 hours of Eastern European Time About eBrands eBrands is a platform for growing consumer brands globally through e-commerce channels We make local brands global by expanding in the US and Europe driving sales for both our own and partner brands Our goal is to positively impact a billion lives with sustainable purpose-driven brands Operating across Amazon and other global marketplaces we combine cutting-edge strategies with entrepreneurial creativity to drive growth for the brands in our portfolio About the Role We re on the hunt for an Amazon Brand Manager with expert-level skills and a proven track record in scaling Amazon private label brands If you thrive in a fast-paced environment have a knack for advanced optimisation brand building PPC strategy and are excited about driving growth through innovative sales and marketing techniques we want you on our team As an integral part of one of our brand management teams you ll take ownership of a selection of our Amazon brands with a primary goal of elevating sales and profits whilst developing the brands long term strategy You ll design and implement sophisticated traffic and conversion strategies spearhead new product research launches and bring an analytical mindset to continually optimising performance whilst also managing the general health and day-to-day workings of the Amazon accounts at brand and product level In this role you ll report directly to our Head of Amazon and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and specialists to scale brands maximise profitability and pioneer new growth opportunities With our rapid expansion your ability to take ownership of advanced Amazon PPC campaigns whilst simultaneously managing and strategising ASIN optimisations and other growth levers will be critical to success Core Responsibilities 1 Strategic Sales Growth - Design and implement advanced strategies to boost sales improve profitability and expand our portfolio brands into new markets on Amazon - Coordinate and execute impactful new product launches leveraging data and consumer insights to capture market share 2 Advanced Amazon PPC Campaign Management - Take ownership of Amazon PPC campaigns using Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display ads to drive traffic and conversions - Collaborate with other Amazon teams and the Head of Amazon to develop cutting-edge advertising strategies continuously optimising for TACoS ROAS and profit efficiency - Identify and seize opportunities for growth via innovative and creative strategies tailored specifically to each brand Approach each brand with a unique and specific strategy underpinned by the foundational principles of selling on Amazon 3 Data-Driven Insights - Analyse performance data from Amazon and other sources to uncovertrends and actionable insights - Monitor KPIs like CTR CVR ACoS TACoS and conversion rates to refine and optimise strategies - Translate data into clear actionable recommendations to maximise sales and profitimpact 4 Listing Optimisation Conversion Excellence - Oversee end-to-end listing optimisation including keyword research titles bullet points imagery and A Content Utilising our specialist systems to uncover growth areas and then implement- them accordingly - Proactively monitor ASIN performance metrics rankings and customer reviews to maintain high-quality standards - Continuously improve listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates 5 Inventory and Product Development - Work with the Head of Amazon and our Supply Chain team to forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels across multiple marketplaces - Identify and capitalise on emerging product trends playing a role in the whole process alongside our team from product ideation to successful Amazon launch 6 Collaboration Leadership - Work closely with cross-functional teams including growth marketers supply chain creative specialists and leadership to align strategies and ensure seamless execution - Collaborate frequently with your colleagues sharing expertise and driving a culture of excellence What We Offer - Experience Minimum 4 years of Amazon-specific experience with a proven track record of scaling private label brands and executing advanced PPC strategies - Expertise in PPC In-depth knowledge of Amazons advertising ecosystem including campaign structures bid optimisation and keyword targeting Bonus if you have experience with DSP and or non-Amazon paid marketing - Data-Driven Proficient in analysing and interpreting performance metrics to make data-driven decisions - Problem Solver Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment - Detail-Oriented Highly organised and committed to delivering high-quality work with minimal oversight - Education Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
