Strategic Digital Marketing Leader

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Trak N Tell. This is a highly rewarding role that will give you the opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital marketing and drive business growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. This includes managing teams, handling customer interactions, and providing analytical reporting to stakeholders.
- This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires effective decision-making skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
- You will be working closely with existing team members and/or creating your own team, so we're looking for a motivated individual who is self-driven and a decision maker.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all areas of the project life cycle, from strategy to implementation and analysis.
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns that fit client needs, while providing analytical reporting to stakeholders.
- Responsible for brand development, customer acquisition, and retention through data-driven insights and market trends.
- Envision the marketing strategy and execute, sharing key insights based on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and pricing strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
- Campaigns: strategize, develop, implement, and analyze performance, mixing marketing and sales techniques to raise awareness and drive inquiries.

- Develop creative promotions to entice potential customers and drive online sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business.
- Experience with SEO and SEM, with a strong understanding of online sales and cart abandonment.
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
