Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring accurate invoicing and order fulfillment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order delivery, meeting or exceeding Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to order delivery, customer satisfaction, and product quality.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and delivery status.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth order delivery.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders and maintaining records.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, prioritizing order delivery and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours and Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8.5 hours with a shift window from 0800 hrs – 2000 hrs. Flexibility to adjust schedule to business needs.
