Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day credit control operations to ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
  • Review and analyze client accounts for risk exposure, overdue amounts, and credit limit adherence.
  • Assist in evaluating the creditworthiness of new and existing clients by performing credit checks and recommending credit limits.
  • Perform thorough ledger scrutiny to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial records.
  • Ensure accurate day-to-day receipt entries and application of payments against invoices.
  • Liaise with key clients and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated billing or payment issues.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
