Plant Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operations leader to oversee the daily activities of our plant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving end-to-end plant performance across production, quality, maintenance, safety, delivery, and cost metrics.

Requirements:
  • A strong educational background in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a plant setting.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
