Financial Analyst - Plant Operations Finance

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Analyst in Plant Operations Finance. In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, local statutory requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of total experience in accounting and finance.
  • Accounting degree (CA), MBA-Finance or B.com. (Accounting) with required experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Plant operations finance experience.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, direct and indirect tax, and Oracle & SAP ERP.
Skills:
  • Process-centric mindset with thorough understanding of financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across boundaries/business lines.
