Job Title: Plant Operations Director


This is a key leadership position that oversees end-to-end plant operations to ensure high production efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of assembled parts and motors. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in automotive/auto component manufacturing with strong expertise in assembly operations, lean manufacturing systems, quality systems, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of plant operations to drive profitability through optimized operational costs, improved productivity, and enhanced overall plant efficiency.
  • Development and execution of strategic initiatives to meet and exceed business targets, including supply chain optimization, vendor relationship management, and cost control.
  • Management of manufacturing processes to ensure smooth functioning of assembly operations for motors and associated components, adherence to IATF 16949 and other relevant certifications, and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in automotive/auto component manufacturing with strong expertise in assembly operations, lean manufacturing systems, quality systems, and operational excellence.
  • Proven experience in managing large plant teams and high-volume manufacturing setups.
  • Leadership capabilities with a track record of driving performance, quality, and efficiency improvements.
