Leading Manufacturing Engineering Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving a team of engineers in the design, development, and improvement of Special Purpose Machinery (SPM) for our manufacturing plant.
This role involves end-to-end responsibility for capturing customer and stakeholder requirements, assessing and reviewing machine designs to meet expectations, conducting design reviews to ensure reliable equipment and minimal rejections, training and coaching team members to build ME capability and competency, and improving processes to reduce Costs of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience working in medium or large matrix organizations, with hands-on experience in high-speed, high-precision SPM designing, building, and troubleshooting. Additionally, they should have experience with header assembly machines, fast and high-precision automation machines for the Automotive industry, mechanical and pneumatic systems trouble shooting and design skills, EOL testing, and updated knowledge on statistical process control systems.
