Nouryon's Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, experience in financial management, and a passion for working in a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and provide forward-looking insights to enhance plant operations.
  • Support the Site Controller in month-end closing and reporting activities, including budget variance analysis and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on day-to-day finance queries and provide expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and productivity enhancement.
  • Monitor plant productivity and analyze process orders to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, preferably as a Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance), with 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial management and control processes. Strong quantitative skills, expert problem-solving abilities, and adeptness in using logic are essential. Experience in SAP, data analytics, and digital platforms is highly desirable.
