Job Description

As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for leading the entire Finance and Accounts function of the company across Pan India. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fund Management: Oversee the management of funds, ensuring efficient deployment and optimal returns.
  • Audit and Compliance: Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues, and maintain compliance with GST, Income Tax Act requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and finalize accurate monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly balance sheets, P&L, and other financial reports.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage daily cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and minimize risk.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in Accounting Systems (preferably Business Central), POS Systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Effective leadership and team player skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Good analytics and reporting skills, with ability to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to work independently or partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
