Interior Designer Role Overview

As an interior designer, you will be responsible for curating immersive experiences by designing spaces that reflect individual lifestyles, personalities, and aspirations. Your design philosophy should embody contemporary minimalism, luxurious elegance, functionality, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Conceptualize and develop interior projects, creating project proposals, concepts, and designs for clients.
  • Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and expectations, providing expert advice and solutions in line with client objectives.
  • Work closely with designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, mentoring and guiding junior designers.
  • Ensure all design elements meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional design and spatial planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
