Job Description

We aim to create a benchmark product in India for the influencer and creator economy. Our clients include leading consumer brands in the country.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An understanding of the influencer ecosystem and emerging trends.
  • Crafting effective strategies for brands to achieve their influencer marketing goals.
  • Creating and delivering influencer briefs and messaging guidelines.
  • Staying up-to-date on influencers' trends, rising stars, emerging trends, best practices.
  • Experience across channels, facilitating posting on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, email lists, blogs, and more.

Key qualifications include:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role at an agency.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in social and influencer strategy.
  • Ideating campaigns in influencer marketing for brands.
  • Knowledge of influencers as per brand fit.
  • Understanding how to curate insights basis market/consumer research.
  • Strong relationship skills, professionally managing relationships and communications.
  • Actively engaging with social media, with some experience in content creation and influencer engagement.
