Senior Influencer Relation Executive

Job Overview:

This is a senior role in influencer marketing where you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization's influencer marketing vertical.

You will work closely with our team to achieve the goal of increasing our influencer network and relationships. We are looking for someone who has at least 6 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media, excellent communication skills, and networking skills.

The primary goal of this role is to increase our influencer network and relationships. You will maintain TAT for briefs received, understand relevancy as per requirement, and create smart detailed proposals, presentations and pitch decks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client's influencer marketing requirements and help them plan, design proposals or pitch decks along with an execution plan.
  • Brief, negotiate and give process downloading to influencers, content creators and celebrities.
  • Maintain the database and keep adding new influencers to assigned categories/genres.
  • Build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies & partners including premium celebrity management agencies, content creator networks, and groups of micro-influencers.
  • Keep close coordination with internal team members and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Social Media Savvy.
  • Excellent communication skills and networking skills.
  • Good Knowledge of MS office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Good knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team and organize tasks allocated.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well-organized with great time management skills.
  • High interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
