We are seeking a talented Workplace Designer to transform interior spaces into aesthetically pleasing, functional, and well-designed environments.

As a creative problem solver, you will combine artistic flair with technical expertise, lead a team, think outside the box, collaborate with clients, project managers, and architects to design and deliver workspaces that surpass client expectations.

  • Client Engagement: Conduct thorough research, analyze client workspace requirements, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and manage client expectations.
  • Conceptual Design: Formulate innovative design proposals integrating comprehensive space planning, curated color schemes, refined furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Space Planning and Layout: Devise efficient space plans, accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and alignment with client's cultural ethos.
  • Material Selection and Specification: Curate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the envisioned aesthetic while meeting stringent functional criteria.
  • Budget Management: Create project budgets and timelines, source and procure materials within established parameters, and enhance financial performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information about existing spaces and conditions.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and permitting purposes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture / interior design or a related field.
  • Experience in leading client pitches, minimum of 7-12 years of experience in workplace design projects & managing a team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
