Senior Creative Lead

The Senior Creative Lead is a visionary leader who will spearhead the creative direction of our studio. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can drive projects from conception to completion, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies to meet client objectives
  • Lead and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality work products
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and performance
  • Strengthen client relationships through effective communication, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within a design agency or product design business
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and design trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovative solutions
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
